Description– Refreshing summer wheat beer accented with fresh blackberries and paired with smoked ribs. Participants will learn from local experts how to brew this seasonal ale as well as how to pair with a matching meat. Participants will get to take home their crafts as well as learning more about how these items are produced locally.
