Description– Light and crisp Blonde Ale brewed with locally sourced honey paired with a smoked whole chicken. Participants will learn from local experts how to brew this seasonal ale as well as how to pair with a matching meat. Participants will get to take home their crafts as well as learning more about how these items are produced locally.
