Chair yoga helps improve balance, posture, muscular strength, and ability to perform daily living activities. Studies focused on the benefits of yoga practice suggest an improvement in joint health, physical function, and emotional well-being. On My Own is a hands-on simulation teaching students how to balance a real-life budget based on an assigned family situation and profession, allowing students the opportunity to work through several stations to “pay” for their home, vehicle, groceries, internet bills, and more! Meet Your Local Family and Community Education Clubs

FCE clubs are groups of members with a shared common interest in building stronger families and communities. By providing education for their members at monthly meetings, completing service projects within their communities, and providing time and resources to other local organizations, FCE clubs strive to make their communities a better place for everyone. Members also participate in county, regional, state and even national events!

Anyone can be part of an FCE club – just reach out to that club’s president to learn more about how to join!
