
A 6-week evidence based self-management course.
Six progressive sessions designed to provide you with skills and tools to better self-manage life with diabetes. Open to adults of all ages with or without diabetes. Maybe you are a caregiver, spouse or family member of a diabetic. You might have a family history of diabetes and want to know how to prevent it. All are welcome. Led by trained University of Tennessee Extension Agents, Patsy Watkins (Williamson County) and Autumn Vespie (Hickman County).
The program is FREE, but registration is required.

- Time: 10:00 a.m. – Noon
- Location: Via Zoom. Zoom link and password will be emailed to you.
