Farm Egg Sales
Eggs are a versatile and economical source of important nutrients, making them a great addition to any menu. Like any food of animal origin, however, eggs and egg products must be handled carefully. The cartons of all eggs sold in the United States must contain the following safe handling instructions: “To prevent illness from bacteria: Keep eggs refrigerated, cook eggs until yolks are firm, and cook foods containing eggs thoroughly.”
