Take flight with one of our many aeronautics STEM classes! Designed for aspiring engineers and aviation enthusiasts, these hands-on workshops will guide you through engineering design processes to complete awesome projects that bring the principles of flight to life. Each workshop focuses on a different method of flight – from glider, to rockets, to drones. These classes are offered separately, but a student can take any combination of each class as they cover different flight and aerospace concepts. Join us for a fun, educational, and hands-on experience that combines theory, practice, and the thrill of flight!
These classes are excellent preparation courses for students who want to enter the Drone Soccer program in the future.

Elvia Klym
Elvia Klym is passionate about facilitating STEM project-based learning to cultivate students to be creative problem solvers. Elvia grew-up in Nashville and has her bachelor’s degree in engineering from The University of Tennessee. She has worked as an engineer in several areas including manufacturing, pre-production operations, vehicle testing, corporate training, and lean engineering consulting. She is currently a 9-12 engineering and unmanned aerial systems teacher at a local high school.
