Tennessee 4-H Honor Club

Any Williamson County 4-H member in 6th-12th grade who has been in 4-H at least one year is welcome to attend the Williamson County 4-H Honor Club Meetings. However, for official membership into the Tennessee 4-H Honor Club, a student must be in 6th grade or above and submit a completed TN 4-H Honor Club application to the County 4-H Agents. The County Agents will review the application and assist the 4-H member if needed with it, then submit the application to the TN 4-H Office for approval. You must be in 6th-12th grade to join. You should have completed at least one year as a 4-H member and have participated in 4-H activities like speeches, demonstrations, posters, the Fair, etc.

After a TN 4-H Honor Club application is approved, a student will be inducted into the 4-H Honor Club at the Fall Williamson County 4-H Achievement Banquet. At the Honor Club Ceremony during the banquet, students will receive their TN 4-H Honor Club certificate and membership pin. There is a deadline each fall to submit applications for the County Ceremony. You can submit your application anytime throughout the year, but must meet the deadline for that year’s county ceremony.

TN 4-H Honor Club is the first level of recognition in TN 4-H. After becoming a TN 4-H Honor Club member, a student in 9th-12th grade can apply for membership into the TN 4-H All Stars. You must attend a Central Region 4-H All Star Conference in either the Fall or Spring to be inducted into the TN 4-H All Stars.
