4-H 3D Printing Design | Williamson County

Participants will learn the technology of 3D printing and three-dimensional Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools. The class will transform concepts of an object into a digital image and then to a printed object. Each class will have a special project students will be working to complete and take home.

Dean Bakkum

Dean grew up on a farm in North Dakota and graduated from North Dakota State University. He became interested in 3D modeling and design in college and has been creating digital models for over 25 years. Dean is looking forward to introducing you to 3D modeling and 3D printing technologies; teaching you how to take your idea and turn it into a 3D computer model, then make it real with a 3D printer.
